The terms on which we sell through this website.
This website is run by Primit Gifting, 1st Floor, 475, New GIDC, Old GIDC, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395008, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Primit” mean Primit Gifting.
You may order with an account or with only an email address. Without an account, give an email address that is yours: we send everything about your order there, and it cannot be changed once the order is placed. When you later create an account with that address, or sign in with it, your orders placed with it join the account.
Keep your password to yourself: anything done from your signed-in account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has access.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price shown on a product page can change; the price on your order cannot, because it is fixed when the order is placed.
Placing an order holds the stock for 60 minutes while you pay. If the payment does not complete in that time, the order is canceled and the stock goes back — you have been charged nothing and you are welcome to order again.
A submitted cart is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we confirm your payment, which is when we email you a confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order — a pricing error, or stock we cannot honor — we will tell you and refund you in full.
You are responsible for what you ask us to make. Check the preview: the spelling, the capital letters and the spacing you see are exactly what we produce. You must have the right to use any picture you upload, and you must not ask us to make anything unlawful or offensive. We may refuse an order, and we will refund it if we do.
Small differences between the on-screen preview and the finished object are normal. Screens differ, and wood, metal and fabric each take a mark in their own way.
Only a customer whose order has been delivered can review a product, and one review per product each. Write what you honestly think. We may remove a review that is abusive, names another person, or is not about the product; we do not remove one for being critical.
The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to Primit. Do not copy them for your own commercial use. We try to keep the site accurate and available, and we cannot promise it is never wrong or never down.
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
