About Primit

What we do

Every personalized item on this shop is made after you order it. You choose the product, then the name, the words, the typeface and the colors; the preview you see on the product page is the same document our workshop works from. Nothing is pre-printed and held in a warehouse waiting for somebody with the right name.

We also sell plain, unpersonalized products. Those are picked and packed from stock in the same workshop, by the same people.

How your personalization is treated

What you type and any picture you upload are kept private and used only to make your order. They are not shown on this website, not used in our advertising, and not shared with anyone outside the people who make and pack your package. We keep a copy of the exact design you approved so that we can answer any question about what was made.

Please only send artwork you have the right to use. We do not check this, and we cannot make something on your behalf that you may not reproduce.

Getting in touch

The quickest answer comes from writing to us — see the contact page. If something about your order looks wrong to us while we are making it, we will call you before we continue rather than guess.
