What delivery costs

You choose how fast your order travels at checkout, and the charge for the option you choose is shown there before you place the order. It appears as its own line on your total and includes GST like every other price here.

Where we deliver

Across India, through our courier partners. We do not ship outside India at present.

How long it takes

The working days shown for each option count from the day the courier collects your package. Personalized items are made after you order, so allow a little time before that for us to make and pack yours.

We deliberately do not give a delivery date. The courier gives us an estimate and it changes; a date on your order page would read as a promise, and personalized gifts are usually bought for a particular day. If you need something by a date, write to us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Tracking your package

Your order page shows which courier has your package, its tracking number, a link to the courier’s own tracking page when they have one, and every update we record. We email you when the package ships, when it is out for delivery, and when it arrives.

If delivery fails

• The courier normally attempts delivery more than once.
• If the courier cannot deliver, we are told and we telephone you.
• A package that comes back to us is not canceled automatically — we speak to you first.

Payment

We take payment online, before we make anything. Cash on delivery is not offered: a personalized item cannot be sold to anyone else if a delivery is refused, so the whole cost of a refused package would fall on us.
